Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Average shipping time can take anywhere between 5-7 business days. Each product is handmade with Love! Please allow 1-2 business days for the order to process before shipping information has updated.
Q: I have certain allergies, can I use your product?
A: Venom Killer Filler is made with all natural fruit extracts, oils, and plumping agents. If you have peanut allergies, we do not recommend using this product due to the Almond Oil that is used in the process. Here is a list of our ingredients for further information:

Q: What are the plumping agents in your products?
A: Countless hours of research was done to ensure the quality of our produtcs. We take pride in the natural ingredients that are put into every vile of Venom. We offer 3 different levels of plumping and each level features a different plumping agent such as pepermint oil, clove oil, and a proprietary blend of the previous mentioned.

Q: I am dissatisfied with my purchase, how can I get a refund?
